ThemeMantis uses cookies to provide you better services that you are looking for! A cookie is a small piece of information that saves on your system to track the website activity on ThemeMantis.
We by no means will sell your sensitive information collected via sign up time like name, contact number, email address etc. to any person or third party.
License Type and Allowed Usage –
You must not use the Service in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
Each product purchase entitles with one person and one license only. No parts of ThemeMantis product and services will be repurposed or reshared with other users or organization.
If you are found violating any terms and conditions of ThemeMantis in whole or part, we reserve the right to suspend your account and usage of ThemeMantis themes and support packages including, access to updates and our customer support.
Fees and Payment –
If you choose to purchase any product or service from ThemeMantis platform you tend to pay the required fees and applicable taxes.
Payment due is in US dollars and are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payment thereof.
If by any means your payment source is declined we will make two attempts to reprocess it. We have full right to disable or cancel your use of service immediately if have issues with your payment processing.
We have full right to increase our product and services prices together for pricing purposes any time. You authorize us to make any reasonably necessary inquiries to validate your account and financial information.
Refund –
We are confident about the quality of our WordPress themes and customer satisfaction. In any case, if you don’t like the theme we will refund you the amount within 30 days of purchase.

3rd Party Plugins –
You are welcome to use the third party plugins with our themes. However, if you face any issue regarding the plugins we cannot provide support or guarantee compatibility unless you deactivate the plugins from our theme.
Support is included for plugins that we integrate into our themes pre-hand, however, this doesn’t include customization.
Demo Assets –
You are not allowed to use any images or resources from our demos. They are used to provide you an idea how you can place or organize your content in a particular theme.
However, if you wish to use the assets of our demo theme you need to buy the appropriate license to do so.
