What Our Support Service Covers

We only support WordPress products sold on ThemeMantis.com. Our service includes theme and plugin installations, configuration and their use. You can check documentation and FAQ regarding theme settings and configuration.

Bug Fixing

We try to fix any type of bugs in our themes and plugin as soon as possible after they brought to our attention. If you think you have found a bug or fatal error, please let us know.

What Our Support Service Does Not Cover

Our support service does not cover our themes and plugins provided by Third Parties who are not our resellers. We may need you to deactivate Third Party plugins that are installed alongside our theme or plugin or both before we are able to assist you.

Customization

A customization can be defined as any kind of changes in our themes and plugins look and functionality.

We do not support any Third Party customizations of our themes and plugins.

Support Channels

We provide support only through our website’s helpdesk, but not through any other channel which includes facebook, twitter, direct e-mail, phone or any other social platform.

You need to submit a ticket to our helpdesk. We may ask you to send your login details if we need them to help you. Our support tickets and information you share with us are absolutely confidential. Only you can our support team will be able to see your ticket.
