We at ThemeMantis (a division of TheMaverickSpirit) completely believes in customer satisfaction.
Theme purchases and membership amount you paid can only be refunded during the refund period,i.e, 30 days.
Neither we will refund the amount after the first 30 days of purchase, nor for the pro-rata refunds for the canceled accounts.
Once the refund period expires, we will continue to deduct the charges for subscription-based products on monthly, quarterly or annual basis unless you cancel your account manually.
You can cancel your account anytime. All the files will be deleted once the account is canceled.
